A lot of people assume we are a government office. We are not. This website is a privately run service that has no official connection to the Philippine Statistics Authority or any other government agency. What we do is straightforward: you give us your details, we handle the paperwork, submit the application to the PSA on your behalf, and then get the document delivered straight to your door. Everything we do is focused on one thing: helping people get their PSA Birth Certificate without the hassle of doing it themselves.
User Responsibilities and Eligibility
Placing an order here comes with a few basic obligations on your end. These are not complicated requirements; they exist to make sure things go smoothly and that no one’s records are accessed without proper reason. You are invited to take a moment to review them before proceeding.
Accuracy of Information
The PSA searches for records based purely on what you submit. One wrong character in a name or an incorrect birth year is enough to return nothing. Before you hit submit, go back and check every single field: full name, date of birth, and place of birth. A single typo can delay your application by weeks.
If the search fails because the details were off, that responsibility falls on you, not on us, so please double-check your entry.
Lawful Purpose
Birth records in the Philippines are private by law. A copy can only be requested by the person named on the certificate, their parent, a direct descendant, or someone with documented legal authority to do so. When you place an order, you are confirming that you fall into one of those categories.

Age Requirement
Our online ordering system is open to adults only. You need to be 18 or older to submit a request. If the order is for a minor or if the person placing it has not yet reached 18, a parent or legal guardian should be the one to complete and submit the form. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

Payments and Fees
Pricing on this platform is straightforward. What you see before you confirm your order is exactly what you pay; nothing gets added after the fact.
Service Fees vs. Government Fees
The final amount at checkout covers three things: the official fee charged through the PSA for the certificate itself, our own service charge for handling everything on your behalf, and the cost of getting the document delivered to your address. Our service charge is essentially what you pay to skip the queue and let us deal with the process from start to finish.
Payment Methods
We have tried to make paying as easy as possible. You can settle your order using a debit or credit card, a digital wallet, or, if you prefer, cash. You can pay in person at any of our partner outlets through an over-the-counter transaction.

Delivery and Handling
Getting your document to you on time is something we genuinely care about. Most orders move along without any issues, but there are outside factors that can occasionally slow things down, and we think it is only fair to be clear about that upfront.
Estimated Timelines
The delivery window displayed at checkout is an estimate and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. The PSA may occasionally require additional time to process specific requests, and courier services may experience delays of their own, resulting from factors such as adverse weather conditions, routing challenges, or periods of high volume.
We will keep you updated if something comes up, but pinning down an exact delivery time is not something we are able to do.
Failed Delivery
Our courier will show up at the address you gave us. If no one is there to receive the package, or the address turns out to be wrong or incomplete, the document may be sent back to our office. Getting it out to you again will likely require an additional delivery payment. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid any delays or extra costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We move quickly once payment clears, which means cancellations are not always possible. Please read through the following before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises later.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
The moment your application is formally submitted to the PSA and the government fee is paid out, the order is locked in. There is no way to pull that payment back; it has already been used to initiate your request. For that reason, refunds are not available once we reach that stage. Make sure all provided information is accurate before finalizing your order.

Negative Results (Record Not Found)
While the PSA may occasionally conduct a comprehensive search and still return no matching record, a scenario formally referred to as a Negative Result, this indicates that no record was found based on the information you provided. Even in such cases, the service has been rendered, and any fees paid are therefore non-refundable.
However, we are able to assist you by guiding how to follow up with your local civil registrar to help resolve the matter at their level.
Limitation of Liability
We put genuine effort into running a reliable service. It means, not everything is within our control, and there are certain situations where we legally cannot be held responsible for what happens.
Third-Party Actions
We have no authority over the PSA, their internal systems, or the courier companies that handle delivery. If a government holiday delays processing, if the PSA’s platform goes down, or if a courier makes an error along the way, those outcomes are outside our hands. We will do what we can to help, but liability in those cases does not rest with us.
Technical Errors
Our platform is not immune to technical hiccups. If something breaks, a page error, a glitch during the 2026 E-Certificate process, or a brief system outage, we will get on it as fast as we can. Minor disruptions of that kind, however, are not something we can be held liable for, as long as they do not cause you a measurable loss.
PSA Processing Delays
Government holidays, system outages, or high-volume periods are outside our control. We will keep you informed. We appreciate your patience while we work to facilitate your request as quickly as possible.
Courier Errors
Once a document leaves our facility with the courier, delivery outcomes rest with the courier. We will help track and resolve where we can. Your support is valued as we ensure your documents reach you securely.
Platform Hiccups
Minor technical disruptions not causing measurable loss are outside our liability. We address all issues as fast as we can. We value your understanding as we work to maintain a seamless experience for all users.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this website belongs to us. The written content, the visual design, the logos, the structure of the interface, all of it is our property. Copying any part of it or using it for your own commercial purposes without getting permission from us first is not allowed.

Termination of Use
